Mission Statement:

Running is a type of gait characterized by an aerial phase in which both feet are off the ground for an instant with each step. To me, running is a lot more complex than this definition. The reason I first started running was like most individuals, I was out of shape and looking for a way to find a healthier version of myself. What I got was a lot more than I bargained for, I stumbled into a community that is comprised of athletes from all walks of life. They do not judge you based on your current pace, running experience or size. What matters the most, is your willingness to push your own limits and to help support other runners around you. This is the reason I became a coach. I help runners of all abilities and experiences to become the best versions of themselves. Whether you are training for your first 5k or trying to break past your personal best in the marathon, I will craft a personalized plan to accomplish these goals. My plans are based on scientific research and analysis. I will take the time to understand your current level of training, aspirations and past injuries/experience to deliver a truly customized training plan. Success comes in many forms but as my client, I am invested in your personal running journey.
